Responsibilities

• Credit analysis of financial instruments of small and medium companies
• Financial analysis and ability to make financial projections of the financial instruments
• Analytical rigor in credit rating proposals
• Maintain excellent quality in the analysis and be up-to-date on the market/industry information and suitable, need-based rating actions
• Take ownership of the folio by carrying out regular surveillance, monitoring, reviews every quarter or material event basis, tracking the performance of the companies concerning macroeconomic changes, and handling internal and external audit queries
• Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures, regulations & policies
• Adept in meeting tight deadlines with no compromise on analytical quality
• Client interaction and managing good relations

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills, including financial modeling, ratio analysis, and industry knowledge
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail
• Good academics (75% and above scores throughout)
• Zeal to learn and strive in the credit rating domain
• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance or Commerce, CA/CFA or any additional certification in Finance will be an added advantage
• Candidates with Financial Analysis of Companies/Corporate Credit Experience will be given high priority
