• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports for the CEO.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
• Schedule and coordinate project review meetings.
• Identify potential delays and escalate concerns to the management proactively.
• Support the CEO in project planning, reporting, and administrative coordination.
• Perform other project-related tasks as assigned.
