Job summary

Multifold Machinery is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry/Stores Executive to manage material inward/outward transactions and maintain accurate inventory records. You will coordinate with stores, warehouse, production, and dispatch teams for document verification and support routine stock movements.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in data entry, stores, or inventory management, with strong MS Excel/Word and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• 12th pass, graduate, or diploma holder in any discipline.
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, ERP systems, and data entry software.
• 1–3 years experience in Data Entry, Stores, Warehouse, Dispatch, or Inventory Management.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of all material inward and outward transactions in ERP/software systems.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, dispatches, stock transfers, and inventory movements.
• Coordinate with stores, warehouse, production, and dispatch teams for document verification.
• Prepare and update reports related to stock, dispatches, and inventory.
• Verify delivery challans, GRNs, invoices, and dispatch documents.
• Ensure proper filing and record maintenance of stores documentation.
• Assist in stock audits and physical inventory verification.
• Monitor inventory data and report discrepancies to the concerned authority.
• Support day-to-day warehouse and dispatch activities as required.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and inventory control processes.

• Ability to work on the stores floor and interact with warehouse personnel.
• Knowledge of inventory management processes will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in Data Entry, Stores, Warehouse, Dispatch, or Inventory Management.
• Candidates who have worked in Stores, Warehouse, Dispatch, Logistics, or Supply Chain functions will be given preference.
