Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance, management, and reliability of IT infrastructure in the NOC.
• Monitor performance, availability, and operational health of network and services.
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and related issues.
• Perform routine maintenance in accordance with established procedures.
• Support patching and updates to keep systems secure.
• Maintain and monitor backups and backup processes.
• Manage or assist with user accounts, permissions, and identity tasks.
• Provide technical support to NOC staff to ensure daily operations.
• Work with network engineers and IT staff to resolve operational issues.
• Identify recurring problems and propose reliability improvements.
• Support approved changes to infrastructure.
• Document configurations, changes, incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Follow escalation paths, change management, and documentation standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance, management, and reliability of IT infrastructure reputed company the Network Operations Center (NOC).
• This role helps ensure the availability and performance of network and reputed company services by monitoring reputed company health, supporting routine maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with day-to-day operational support.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Training or practical experience in reputed company administration.
• Training or practical experience managing and maintaining IT infrastructure in a NOC or similar operational environment.
• Basic proficiency with reputed company and Linux operating systems.
• Training or experience with virtualization technologies.
• Training or experience with reputed company monitoring tools.Training or experience with backup solutions and backup management processes.
• Foundational understanding of hardware, software, network, and reputed company troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
