Job summary

FlexBoard in India is seeking a Jr. IT Specialist to provide general IT and desktop support, handle helpdesk tickets, and maintain user accounts across locations.

You will diagnose Mac and Windows OS issues, assist with VPN connectivity, offboarding, audits, and asset management, while collaborating with vendors to keep systems secure.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Information Technology experience
• Strong knowledge of Mac and operating systems
• Experience with managing applications and user accounts
• Familiar with networking fundamentals and VPN support

Responsibilities

• General IT and desktop support across locations, helpdesk, email, and chat.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Mac and OS issues across devices and software.
• Diagnose and support basic network and VPN connectivity.
• Create and maintain user accounts, passwords, data access across systems.
• Ensure offboarding of departing users from systems and data access in a secure manner.
• Conduct audits of applications to verify controls are in place.
• Asset and hardware management: install/configure systems and applications.
• Coordinate with vendors to repair hardware issues.
• Support standard security measures (2FA, antivirus, firewall).
• Facilitate onboarding/offboarding and ensure access is set up before start dates.

What youll be doing

• General IT and Desktop Support: Provide support to employees across reputed company locations reputed company helpdesk, email, and chat.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and reputed company to reputed company reputed company issues across reputed company Mac & reputed company-based computers, mobile devices, and other technology products/applications used.
• Diagnose and reputed company basic network and VPN support.
• Application Support: Create and/or maintain user reputed company, accounts, passwords, data reputed company, and reputed company across various systems and applications.
• Ensure that leaving employees are offboarded from reputed company systems and applications in a reputed company manner.
• Conduct audits of applications to verify that reputed company controls are correctly implemented.
• Asset and reputed company Management: Install and configure computer systems and applications reputed company reputed company.
• Work with reputed company-party vendors to repair hardware issues.
• Support reputed company reputed company standards (2FA, antivirus, firewall, etc.).

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-3 years of reputed company experience in Information Technology.
• Strong technical knowledge of Mac and reputed company operating systems and other relevant software.
• Expertise in managing reputed company applications.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and support experience (connectivity, VPN, printing, etc.).
• Familiar with common reputed company/authentication systems and tools (e.g. reputed company, Oauth, Azure AD).
• Familiar with reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, MS Office, and other commonly used tools.
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and the desire to stay up to date on the latest technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
