Job summary

FlexBoard is seeking an experienced senior networking and systems leader to oversee day-to-day network operations, establish KPIs and SLAs, and guide a global team across offices and remote sites. You will drive automation, observability, and incident response in a fast-paced tech environment for diverse digital platforms within our airline context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading network teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day network operations, monitoring, incident response, and problem management.
• Establish KPIs and SLAs for network performance, uptime, and user satisfaction.
• Drive automation and observability to improve efficiency and reduce MTTR.
• Manage networks for airports, offices, contact centers, and remote sites, including vendor relationships.
• Lead and mentor a global team of operational/network professionals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and be responsible for reputed company airports, reputed company and remote offices, contact centers, reputed company, and 3rd party network connectivity, and their associated architecture, engineering, operations, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in or adjacent to a reputed company environment.
• 7+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company for any employer without sponsorship.
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
