Job summary

The role involves real-time monitoring, incident identification, troubleshooting, escalation, and routine maintenance.

You will document incidents and changes, collaborate with IT staff, and contribute to network improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience in network operations, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP desirable; ITIL preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities The Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting network infrastructure to ensure reliable performance, availability, and operational continuity. This role supports day-to-day network operations through reputed company-time monitoring, issue identification, troubleshooting, incident escalation, routine maintenance, and controlled implementation of network changes.

Duties Include:

• Monitor network infrastructure in reputed company time to ensure availability, performance, and operational stability.
• Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot network issues, outages, alerts, and performance degradations.
• Use network management and monitoring tools to detect problems, assess reputed company, and support reputed company reputed company.
• Escalate incidents to appropriate engineering, infrastructure, reputed company, or vendor support teams reputed company required.

Job Qualifications
