Job summary

FarmwiseAI is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive in Chennai to manage reports, analyze business data, and provide timely insights for decision-making. The role requires strong reporting skills, data accuracy, and cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth operations.

You will prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, maintain databases, and generate dashboards while ensuring data integrity and timely delivery. Experience in SaaS/AI/AgriTech is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in MIS reporting / data analysis / operations support.
• Experience in SaaS, AI, or AgriTech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, validate, and analyze business data from multiple sources.
• Generate dashboards, performance reports, and operational summaries.
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Support management with business insights and trend analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and assist in identifying process improvements.
• Automate recurring reports wherever possible for operational efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports and data records.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reports, maintaining databases, analyzing business data, and supporting management with accurate and timely insights for decision-making.

This role requires strong reporting skills, data accuracy, and the ability to work closely with different teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Collect, validate, and analyze business data from multiple sources
• Generate dashboards, performance reports, and operational summaries
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
• Support management with business insights and trend analysis

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas, Charts)

• Experience in data management and report generation
• Familiarity with MIS reporting tools, Google Sheets, or BI tools is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines efficiently

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in MIS Reporting / Data Analysis / Operations Support
• Experience in SaaS, AI, AgriTech, or technology-based organizations will be preferred
