Job summary

Topgear Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Executive MIS & Reporting to manage MIS, reporting and data activities for business operations in Bhopal. You will prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, validate data across teams and ensure accuracy of management reports.

The role requires 25 years of experience in MIS, strong MS Excel skills and the ability to derive insights for stakeholders. Power BI and reporting automation experience will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• 25 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis or Business Operations Reporting.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
• Good analytical and numerical ability.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with Power BI / reporting automation will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, consolidate and validate data from various teams/functions.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational and management reports.
• Perform data reconciliation and identify discrepancies or exceptions.
• Prepare dashboards and management reports to track key business/operational metrics.
• Analyse data and provide relevant insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update existing MIS formats, trackers and reporting dashboards.
• Use Advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas and data validation.
• Support report automation and process improvement wherever applicable.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely collection and submission of data.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure reports are delivered within defined timelines.
