Job summary

Hatsun Agro Product in Chennai/Corporate Office is seeking a Data Analyst / MIS Executive to manage data reporting, analysis, dashboards and MIS activities. You will maintain accurate data, generate regular reports, identify trends and provide insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities include preparing daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, developing Excel dashboards and Power BI visuals, tracking KPIs, ensuring data accuracy, automating reporting where possible, and coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in MIS, Data Analysis, HR Analytics, or Business Reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and management reports.
• Track KPIs and highlight deviations or trends.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes where possible.
• Prepare Power BI dashboards and data visualizations for management review.
• Generate recruitment, manpower, attendance, attrition, productivity, or other business reports.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations and other departments for data collection and validation.
• Maintain documentation and reporting trackers.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis and reports as required.
• Identify data gaps and recommend reporting process improvements.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst / MIS Executive to manage data reporting, analysis, dashboards, and MIS activities. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, generating regular reports, identifying trends, and providing meaningful insights to support business and management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and management reports.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight deviations or trends.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible.
• Prepare Power BI dashboards and data visualizations for management review.
• Generate recruitment, manpower, attendance, attrition, productivity, or other business reports as required.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments for data collection and validation.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting trackers.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis and reports based on management requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, conditional formatting, charts, and data cleaning.
• Knowledge of Power BI and dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant experience in MIS, Data Analysis, HR Analytics, or Business Reporting will be preferred.

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada is preferred.
• Candidates who can communicate in multiple regional languages will be given preference.
