About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and maintain daily MIS reports, data entry, data analysis, and reporting. The role involves coordinating with different departments to track data and ensure accurate, timely submission of MIS reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
• Handle data entry and ensure accuracy and consistency of records
• Analyse data trends and generate insights to support decision-making
• Coordinate with different departments to collect, verify, and consolidate data
• Maintain and update dashboards, trackers, and databases regularly
• Ensure timely submission of reports as per defined deadlines
• Identify discrepancies in data and resolve them promptly
• Create charts, pivot tables, and summaries using MS Excel for management review
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all company data and records
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and data requests as needed

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, formulas, charts)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Good organisational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines consistently
• Good coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Basic understanding of data management and reporting processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in an MIS/data reporting role
• Familiarity with MS Access, Power BI, or Google Sheets (added advantage)
• Experience working with large datasets
