The role involves tracking material requirements, updating BOM weekly, coordinating with PPC for shortages, releasing packages with merchandiser, and maintaining samples and order files.

Responsibilities

• Filling and follow-up of pattern & marker request.
• Observing and keeping track of the proceedings.
• Received the checklist for the new style from Sr. Merchandiser.
• To ensure that the style approvals are available in time to meet production dates.
• Checking all Material Requirement Charts for all raw materials.
• Updating of BOM once a week.
• Receive updated BOM once a week.
• Receiving reports from the PPC Department on the shortage and communicating to the Sr. Merchandiser for further action.
• Releasing package in coordination with Merchandiser.
• Maintain all Samples and order file.
