Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services invites applications for a Product Development & Coordination role accountable for BOM, costing sheets and techpacks for bags, rucksacks and apparel in Ghaziabad, India.

You will coordinate sampling with Masters, review samples, and act as a liaison between design, production and external vendors, ensuring designs meet technical requirements. Maintain documentation and support photoshoots to showcase new products.

Responsibilities

• Product Development & Techpack: Prepare and maintain BOM, Costing Sheets and Techpacks for Bags, Rucksacks and Apparel.
• Sampling & Master Coordination: Coordinate with Masters for Bag, Rucksack and Apparel sample development.
• Review samples against techpack; approved design and development requirements.
• Maintain the final approved sample as a reference for further development and production.
• Overall Coordination: Act as a coordination point between Design team, Master, Printing/Branding, Production and external vendors/agencies.
• Support photoshoot preparation for new products.
• Monitor development activities and follow up on work is completed as planned.
• Identify product-related issues during development and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation, references and status updates throughout the product development process.

Role & responsibilities

1. Product Development & Techpack
   • Prepare and maintain BOM, Costing Sheets and Techpacks for Bags, Rucksacks and Apparel.
   • Prepare detailed technical specifications, measurements, construction details and material requirements.
   • Ensure approved designs and technical requirements are correctly implemented in samples.
2. Sampling & Master Coordination
   • Coordinate with Masters for Bag, Rucksack and Apparel sample development.
   • Follow up on samples progress and ensure required corrections are implemented.
   • Review samples against techpack; approved design and development requirements.
   • Maintain the final approved sample as a reference for further development and production.
3. Overall Coordination
   • Act as a coordination point between Design team, Master, Printing/Branding, Production and external vendors/agencies.
   • Support photoshoot preparation for new products.
