Job summary

You will liaise with production, sourcing, and quality teams, source fabrics and trims, and manage costing, approvals, and export documentation to maintain smooth production workflows.

• Coordinate with buyers to understand product requirements, specifications, and timelines
• Plan and manage the entire order process from sampling to final shipment
• Communicate with production, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories required for garment production
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders
• Prepare costing sheets and negotiate prices with vendors and suppliers
• Follow up on sample development, approvals, and modifications
• Ensure quality standards are maintained during production
• Track order status and provide regular updates to buyers or management
• Handle documentation related to orders, shipments, and export procedures
