Job summary

Shahi Group in Haryana, Faridabad District is seeking a Merchandising Operations executive to manage cost sheets, liaise with buyers on package dates, costing, and sample availability, and coordinate order verification with DMM and the Manager-Merchandiser.

You will monitor updates for shipments, approvals for fabric and trims, and keep PPC and other departments informed about confirmed orders in a fast-paced textile environment. Prior merchandising operations experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preparation, updating, and compilation of cost sheets.
• Liaise with buyer regarding package date, costing, and sample availability.
• Coordinate verifying and approving fabric and raw material orders with DMM and Manager-Merchandiser.

Responsibilities

• Taking necessary action on receipt of physical reports (shortages/rejection) in coordination with PPC staff and junior Merchandiser.
• Provide weekly recap on status with department-purchase & PPC.
• Review the package planning sheet with merchandiser and report input to DMM/Manager-Merchandising.
• Make Marker approvals available with the factory.
• Send Shipment Schedule to Commercial Department.
• Update all concerned departments on confirmed orders.
• Sign approvals for fabric and trims.

• Responsible for corresponding with the buyer regarding package date, costing, and samples availability.
• Get the fabric and Raw Material Order form verified and approved by the DMM and Manager-Merchandiser, respectively.
• Taking necessary action on receipt of Physical reports (shortages/ rejection) in coordination with the concerned PPC staff and junior Merchandiser.
• Ensure a weekly recap on the status with the department-purchase & PPC.
• Review the package planning sheet along with the merchandiser and revert with input to DMM/Manager- Merchandising.
• Making the Marker approval available with the factory.
• Sending Shipment Schedule to Commercial Department.
• Updating all Concerned departments on the confirmed orders.
• Signing all approvals for fabric and trims
