Adwaith Lakshmi Industries Ltd. in Coimbatore district seeks a merchandising coordinator to support the team in coordinating customer requirements, processing orders, and following up on production and samples.

You will ensure product quality, timely execution, and clear communication with customers and internal departments. The role involves tracking orders, preparing cost sheets and records, and coordinating with logistics for dispatch.

• Follow up on sample development, approvals, and product modifications.
• Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, stores, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor order status and maintain regular follow-ups on production progress.
• Prepare and maintain merchandising documents, order sheets, cost sheets, and other relevant records.
• Support fabric, colour, design, and accessory approvals as per customer requirements.
• Track shipment schedules and coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch.
• Maintain customer communication and provide regular updates on order status.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain updated order trackers and reports.

Job Purpose

To support the merchandising team in coordinating customer requirements, order processing, production follow-ups, sampling, and timely order execution while ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.
