• Coordinate daily operational activities in supplier sourcing, fabric development, sample development, costing package preparation.
• Support product requirements communication to all concerned parties and assist management processes to meet requirements.
• Prepare required reports with Senior Merchandisers or Merchandisers.
• Manage documentation, filing, and data entry accurately and efficiently.
• Arrange sample dispatch to Buyers, Product Development teams and Suppliers.
• Manage production processes to meet quantity, quality, order specs, and delivery dates.

Ensure smooth order processing and coordinate commercial activities and manage the implementation process of production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work towards the coordination of daily operational activities in supplier sourcing, fabric development, sample development, costing package preparation.


• Support the Senior Merchandiser or Merchandiser in communication of product requirements to all concerned parties and support the management process to meet expected requirements.


• Work with the Senior Merchandisers or Merchandisers to prepare required reports.


• Manage and complete all required documentation, filing work and system data entry accurately and efficiently.


• Arrange sample dispatch to required recipients eg: Buying, Product Development teams and Suppliers


• Manage production process to meet quantity, quality, order specification and delivery date requirement.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
