Job summary

Smartmart Recruitment Mumbai is seeking a production merchandising professional to manage sampling from concept to production and ensure timely, high-quality samples. You will build strong buyer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving, while overseeing costing, pricing strategies, and profitability for export lines.

You will coordinate with Brand departments to ensure seamless merchant activity execution, manage proto/fit/PP samples, and ensure on-time

• Manage sampling process from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality samples.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Oversee product costing, pricing strategy development, and profitability analysis for export merchandise lines.
• Coordinate with various departments of Brand to ensure seamless execution of merchant activities.
• Production merchandising activities-
• Follow up for Proto, Fit and PP samples for all the orders placed with the company.
• Ontime order placement for all the trims and fabric.
• Need close follow up for GRN of trims and fabric.
