Cafom Services India is seeking a dynamic professional in Delhi to manage supplier development, order coordination, and product sampling from development to shipment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Track product development and sample execution with suppliers.
• Visit new suppliers and gather information for the company
• Lead in order development, product selection, new trend detection, etc on assigned suppliers.
• Support merchandising and quality teams on daily operations.
• Coordinate sample revisions and approvals.
• Monitor development progress through final validation.
• Manage orders from confirmation to shipment readiness.
• Ensure suppliers meet deadlines; escal risks or delays as needed.
• Support supplier onboarding and coordinate factory interactions.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships while enforcing business discipline.
• Keep buyers and internal teams updated on developments, order status, risks, and delays.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and internal stakeholders for smooth shipments.
• Oversee inspection planning and production readiness.
• Assist supplier development and participate in trips as needed.
• Help improve merchandising and order management processes.
