Purpose of this Role: Execute merchandising activities for assigned buyers and styles ensuring accurate order processing, timely sample development, PO packet preparation, production follow-ups, cost-sheet preparation, and on-time shipment documentation in line with buyer requirements and quality standards.
Responsibility
- Execute day-to-day merchandising for assigned styles and buyers, including order confirmations, revisions, and updates with minimal errors.
- Coordinate all sampling stages to buyer specifications, timelines, and quality standards for timely production readiness.
- Track and follow up on fabrics, trims, accessories, lab dips, and strike-offs so approvals and availability align with production plans.
- Monitor production against the critical path and elevate risks early.
- Coordinate with sampling, production, QA, sourcing, and logistics for accurate information flow.
- Prepare and maintain complete order documentation - BOMs, spec sheets, trim cards, testing, and shipment records - for buyer and regulatory compliance.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Apparel Merchandising, Fashion Technology, or Textile Engineering preferred.
- 0-4 years in apparel merchandising or production coordination.
- Exposure to export merchandising processes preferred.
Technical Skills
- Understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of sampling, trims, fabrics, and quality parameters, with the ability to read tech packs and buyer specs.
- Basic costing knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email.
