• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for quick loan file processing.
• Follow up on loan files daily to ensure fast approvals and final disbursements.
• Achieve assigned monthly loan disbursal targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities:

Drives, manages, and executes the end-to-end vehicle financing process, from sourcing leads to final disbursement. Key responsibilities include generating business via dealers and direct customers, verifying documentation, analyzing creditworthiness, and meeting sales targets while maintaining strong, long-term dealer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source customers for New and Pre-Owned car loans through direct field visits.
• Build and manage active networks with local auto dealers, DSAs, and brokers.
• Explain loan terms, interest rates, and EMI structures clearly to clients.
• Collect and verify required documents including KYC, income proofs, and bank statements.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for quick loan file processing.
• Follow up on loan files daily to ensure fast approvals and final disbursements.
• Achieve assigned monthly loan disbursal targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist with initial customer onboarding and basic repayment/overdue queries.
