Job summary

A.T.E. Group is looking for a proactive Jr. Executive – IT to support IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, networking, and end-user support across the organization.

The role involves ensuring smooth IT operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and providing timely technical assistance. This position requires a Graduate/Diploma in IT (or related field) and about 1 year of IT experience with hands-on Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in IT, CS, or related field.
• 1 year of IT support and infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, AD, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and end-user support.
• Administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT assets.
• Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and hardware issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT support and maintenance.
• Ensure system security, antivirus updates, and data backups.
• Support IT infrastructure upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
