Capital Fortunes, a Hyderabad-based boutique Investment Banking and Advisory firm, seeks a practical IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT needs of the office. You will understand instructions, execute tasks on time, resolve routine issues, and coordinate with vendors as needed, while keeping the team informed until closure.

The role involves first-level IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, and asset/vendor coordination.

We are looking for a practical and dependable IT Executive to handle the day-to-day IT requirements of theoffice. The role is suited to someone who can understand an instruction, execute it correctly and on time, resolveroutine issues independently, use modern productivity tools including AI responsibly, coordinate with vendorswhen required, and keep the concerned team informed until closure.

Responsibilities

• 1. Day-to-Day IT Support Provide first-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, Wi-Fi, email, Microsoft Office and other office applications. Install and configure systems, software, printers and user accounts for employees. Troubleshoot routine hardware, software and connectivity issues and ensure issues are followed through to closure. Provide IT support for meetings, video calls, projectors and presentations.
• 2. Microsoft 365 & User Administration Support Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Office and other Microsoft 365 applications. Create, modify or deactivate user accounts and access based on approved instructions. Assist with basic permissions, password resets, email and access-related issues. Coordinate with the Microsoft/IT support vendor for issues that need specialist intervention
• 3. Hardware, Assets & Vendor Coordination Maintain an updated record of laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, network devices and other IT assets. Coordinate purchase, repair, replacement and maintenance of IT equipment with approved vendors. Follow up with vendors until the assigned work is completed and verify that the issue has been resolved. Track basic warranty, AMC, software licence and subscription renewal dates.
