We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented IT Executive to join our team. This role involves managing IT assets, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with vendors and partners, and supporting various administrative and HR functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in computer hardware, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of laptops and IT assets (Coordination for: procurement, allocation, tracking, maintenance, and disposal).
Maintain an updated database of laptops and assets aligned with active headcount in Ms excel and Elevate (in-house) software.
Generate and present monthly asset management reports in PPT form along with supporting workings.
Perform basic troubleshooting and first-level IT support for hardware/software issues.
Coordinate and follow up with vendors for timely resolution of IT-related issues and procurement.
Auditing laptops (at least twice in a year all laptops) to ensure conformance with various firm policies.
Handle firm level email ID management , generating monthly MIS report to match purchased email ids vs total employee head count.
Manage renewals and subscriptions of IT and communication services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Rediffmail, YOU Broadband).
Ensure operational efficiency of various software/tools like Door Access Control, CCTV Systems, DayTrack, InFlo, Course Play, and assist with any new software implemented by the firm. Troubleshoot day to day user and vendors issues.
Work closely with internal teams and Partners for new requisitions and operational needs and additional process / control implementation.
Provide timely updates, reports, and support to Partners.
Graduate in any stream (Preference for candidates with basic IT/Computer Hardware knowledge).
Freshers or up to 3 years of experience in IT support/admin roles.
Good knowledge of computer hardware and basic troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
