• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues within defined service levels.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Perform regular data backup and recovery tasks as per company policies.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
