Job summary

VicTree Solutions is seeking an IT Support Executive in Thane, Maharashtra. The role requires 1–3 years of experience and a diploma or bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE/Electronics. You will handle desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues, while maintaining asset records and assisting staff with IT problems.

Freshers with strong technical knowledge may be considered; immediate joiners are preferred. Joiners can expect a hands-on environment with exposure to IT security and AMC management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, and connectivity issues.
• Support LAN, Wi‑Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT asset records including asset allocation, returns, warranty, and AMC details.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
• Assist employees with day-to-day IT-related issues.
• Support antivirus, IT security, and data backup activities.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for repairs, purchases, and maintenance.
