Job summary

Acumen 360 Consulting & HR Solutions is seeking a Dispatch Planner to orchestrate the daily movement of finished goods across plants and tollers in India. The role involves coordinating with Production, QA, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure material availability and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include creating Dispatch Orders in SAP, monitoring quality clearance before dispatch, coordinating vehicle placement, and managing export documentation with transporters and CHAs.

• Monitor finished goods testing and quality clearance before dispatch.
• Coordinate vehicle placement and transportation activities.
• Manage export dispatch documentation through transporters and CHAs.
• Ensure continuous movement of finished goods to optimize plant storage space.
• Maintain sufficient stock availability at warehouses to meet customer demand.
