Job description

1. Responsible for daily dispatch plan execution.
2. Cross-check security loading slips with dispatched Finished Goods (FG) scanning before invoicing.
3. Preparation of delivery challans, tax invoices as per sales orders, and E-way bills.
4. Coordination with the Head Office (HO) Sales Team for dispatch planning.
5. Coordination with transporters and local warehouse teams to ensure vehicle availability for loading.
6. Daily verification of FG production and reconciliation with the unloading scanner, coordinating with logistics manpower for dispatch handling.
7. Knowledge of warehouse management and logistics operations.
8. Hands-on experience with the SAP SD module.
9. Preference for candidates from the appliance industry with warehouse management experience.
10. Coordination with respective departments to improve dispatch planning and operational efficiency.
