Job summary

Acumen 360 Consulting & HR Solutions in Dahej, Gujarat seeks a logistics professional to manage day-to-day outbound logistics and dispatch activities for finished goods. You will coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and Sales to ensure timely dispatches, and oversee warehouse operations to maintain inventory accuracy.

You will generate dispatch documents, invoices, and E-Way Bills through SAP, coordinate with transporters and warehouse providers, ensure FIFO, conduct stock verification,

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day outbound logistics and finished goods dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Sales teams to ensure timely dispatches.
• Handle finished goods warehouse operations and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Generate dispatch documents, invoices, and E-Way Bills through SAP.
• Coordinate with transporters and warehouse service providers for smooth material movement.
• Ensure FIFO implementation and accurate stock records.
• Conduct physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare Job Work Challans and maintain logistics documentation as per statutory and company requirements.
• Monitor transporter performance and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
• Prepare daily and monthly logistics MIS reports.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GST, ISO, and company logistics procedures.
