Job summary

Coralindia is seeking a dispatch coordinator to oversee the end-to-end transportation of materials within the supply chain. The role involves coordinating vehicles with transporters, aligning dispatches with production and sales, and ensuring timely delivery to customers across destinations.

The candidate will prepare delivery documents, monitor daily dispatch activities, and work closely with Stores and Packing teams to verify quantities and loading readiness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation of raw materials, components, finished goods, and other materials to ensure timely movement.
• Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters based on dispatch schedules and delivery requirements.
• Plan and monitor daily dispatch activities in coordination with Production, Stores, Sales, and Customer Service departments.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, lorry receipts (LR), and other applicable transport documents.
• Track shipments and follow up with transporters to ensure on-time delivery to customers and other destinations.
• Coordinate with the Stores and Packing teams to ensure correct material identification, quantity verification, packing, and loading before dispatch.
• Ensure proper vehicle availability, vehicle reporting, loading schedules, and utilization of transportation resources
