Job summary

Belora Cosmetics seeks a proactive Junior Event Coordinator in Gurgaon to manage end-to-end setup and operations of food stalls and kiosks. You will source chefs, finalize recipes, optimize procurement costs, secure stall locations, and drive sales across outlets.

Role covers business setup, operations, and marketing with values of strong vendor management and on-ground execution. 5-day office week and local travel; starting salary with incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 12th pass or graduate preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in F&B, QSR, retail operations, or startup environments.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of food costing and supply chain.
• Ability to multitask and handle on-ground execution.
• Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours.
• Office is located in Gurgaon and it is a 5 day working at the office.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-footfall locations (malls, markets, corporate parks, events) for stalls/kiosks.
• Negotiate with mall management and market/event coordinators for space allocation.
• Handle stall setup including layout, branding, and operational readiness.
• Manage documentation, permissions, and vendor agreements.
• Drive daily sales at stalls through customer engagement and upselling.
• Train stall staff on customer handling and sales techniques.
• Monitor hygiene, presentation, and service standards.
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and stall operations.
• Track daily sales and prepare performance reports.
• Execute local marketing initiatives (flyers, offers, sampling, etc.).
• Coordinate participation in events, food festivals, and exhibitions.
• Suggest promotional strategies to boost footfall and revenue.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly proactive and entrepreneurial Junior Event Coordinator to manage end-to-end setup and operations of our food stalls and kiosks. Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Compensation:

• Starting salary 3,50,000 INR + sales incentives
