Job summary

BVR People Consulting in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is seeking a Diploma holder for an Injection Moulding/Plastic Processing operator role. You will ensure safe working practices, proper mould loading/unloading, machine start-up and process readiness, and strive to meet shift targets with high-quality output.

The role emphasizes scrap reduction, material management, and maximum machine availability while maintaining 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in injection moulding / plastic processing operations.
• Hands-on experience in mould loading/unloading and mould/tool changeover.
• Basic knowledge of plastic materials, moulding and processing.
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge in injection moulding operations.
• Good communication skills.
• Quick learner with flexibility to work across all 3 shifts.
• Production-oriented with a strong focus on quality, output and scrap reduction.

Responsibilities

• Identify process defects and support effective troubleshooting.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing practices to minimize process scrap.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for production-related issues.
