Job summary

DM Placement Services Gwalior seeks a focused operator for injection molding operations in Gujarat. You will assist in setup and operation of molding machines and auxiliary equipment while supporting process improvements to boost cycle time and product quality.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in injection molding or plastics processing, a basic understanding of machines and tooling, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in injection molding or plastics processing.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications.
• Basic understanding of injection molding machines, materials, and tooling.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and operation of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Support process optimization to improve cycle time, product quality, and reduce scrap rates.
