Bull Machines Pvt Ltd. in Coimbatore invites applications for a Junior Engineer-Cylinder Assembly to join our manufacturing team.

The role focuses on leading welding operations across robotic cells and coordinating with contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth daily production. Ideal candidates hold a mechanical or welding engineering degree, 3–8 years of experience in robotic welding, and hands-on expertise in MIG/MAG/TIG, welding parameters, safety and Industry 4.0 technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Welding Engineering with 3+ years of experience in robotic welding systems.
• Hands-on experience in robotic welding cells and programming.
• Knowledge of welding parameters, metallurgy, weld quality, NDT and process validation.
• Familiarity with robotic system safety, CE/UL compliance and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Strong technical leadership, troubleshooting, vendor coordination and cross-functional project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day welding operations, including contractors, assembly testing and team coordination.
• Manage the design, procurement, installation, commissioning and optimization of robotic welding systems.
• Control welding processes and parameters to achieve quality, productivity and structural integrity targets.
• Drive troubleshooting, defect reduction, downtime improvement and cycle-time optimization.
• Develop SOPs, welding standards and training programs while coordinating with vendors, quality and manufacturing teams.
