Job summary

Talent Seed Hr Services is seeking a skilled welder/robotics technician in Pune to operate and program robotic welding cells for heavy fabrication and sheet metal work. You will set welding parameters, troubleshoot issues, and focus on quality and safety while meeting production targets.

The role requires hands-on experience with MIG/MAG welding and multiple robot brands, with a strong emphasis on cycle-time reductions and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy fabrication and sheet metal welding is required.
• Proficiency in MIG/MAG welding and robotic welding is essential.
• Hands-on experience with FANUC, Kobelco, Hyundai IGM, CLOOS robots.
• Ability to operate, program, set welding parameters and troubleshoot robots.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program robotic welding cells to meet production targets.
• Optimize cycle times and improve welding quality and efficiency.
• Implement robotic cell improvements and contribute to cost reductions.
• Prioritize safety, quality, delivery and cost considerations in welding tasks.
• Troubleshoot welding issues and adjust parameters as needed.
