Job summary

Haisheng Machinery India Pvt Ltd in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu is hiring for Assembly Engineers-CNC / VMC Machines (Mechanical/Electrical). The role involves mechanical/electrical assembly of CNC/VMC machines, reading drawings and wiring diagrams, and ensuring alignment and testing per procedures.

Qualification required is Diploma or BE in Electrical/Mechanical. Experience of 0–5 years in CNC/VMC/machine tool assembly is preferred. CTC is 20K–30K per month plus other benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read mechanical drawings, GD&T and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and machine alignment.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, CNC, PLC, servo drives and sensors.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical/electrical assembly of CNC/VMC machines as per drawings, wiring diagrams and procedures.
• Mechanical: assemble/align machine structures, guideways, ball screws, spindle, servo motors, bearings, hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Electrical: assemble/wire control panels, CNC controllers, servo/spindle drives, motors, sensors, switches and other components.
• Perform machine alignment, leveling, wiring checks, testing and trial runs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and support machine commissioning and installation.
• Follow quality, safety and 5S standards and support improvements in assembly efficiency.
