Job summary

Prime Search is seeking a Tender - Quantity Surveyor & Costing professional to lead estimation for sales and marketing. The role involves reviewing enquiries, tenders, BOQs and specifications to prepare material, labour, equipment and other cost estimates.

You will prepare rate analyses, techno-commercial offers and ensure timely submission of quotations. Based in Mumbai, deputed at the Mumbai office, the candidate should have a BE/Diploma in Civil with 2–3 years of related experience and will

Responsibilities

• Receive and review enquiries, tenders, BOQs, drawings and technical specifications.
• Understand scope of work, client requirements, contractual conditions and delivery schedules.
• Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labour, equipment, transportation, installation and other project-related costs.
• Prepare rate analysis, cost sheets, techno-commercial offers and final quotations.
• Submit quotations and tender proposals accurately and within the specified time.
• Maintain records of estimates, quotations, supplier offers and tender correspondence.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager to understand customer requirements and opportunities.
• Support sales during pre-bid meetings, client presentations and negotiations.
• Follow up with clients regarding submitted quotations and tender status.
• Identify new business opportunities through market visits, networking, referrals, online platforms and industry contacts.
• Support preparation of company profiles, product presentations, brochures and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, production, quality and project execution teams.
• Participate in contract handover meetings after receipt of an order.
• Preparation and maintaining documents as per SOP.
