Job summary

Mekark Structure in Chennai is seeking a Civil Tender Estimator with strong cost-analysis and QS skills to prepare and submit bids for civil projects. You will develop BOQs, cost sheets, and budgets from drawings, while coordinating with vendors for pricing.

The ideal candidate should have a civil engineering degree and extensive experience in tendering, cost estimation, rate analysis, and contract documentation, with proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• 58 years of relevant experience in tendering, cost estimation, rate analysis, and QS.
• Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, project costing, and contract documentation.
• Experience on private sector and MNC projects preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation/QS software.
