Job summary

Ridhi Construction in India is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to prepare detailed cost estimates, perform quantity take-offs, and manage BOQs for building and infrastructure projects. You will conduct tender estimates, rate analysis, and bid evaluation to support procurement and project execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years inQuantity Surveying, strong knowledge of CPWD DSR and SOR, and proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree: BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimation and Tendering.
• Strong experience in building and infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of CPWD DSR and State Schedule of Rates (SOR).
• Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs and rate analysis.
• Experience in preparation of tender estimates, comparative statements and bid evaluation.
• Good knowledge of market-rate analysis and preparation of rates for non-schedule items.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
