Job summary

Priya Engineering Projects requires a tender specialist to manage end-to-end bid processes from synopsis through to submission. You will prepare BOQs, cost sheets and detailed bid documents while coordinating with estimation, procurement, finance and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include obtaining quotations, preparing comparative analyses, handling pre-bid queries and ensuring all statutory documents and guarantees are arranged on time.

Qualifications

• Prepare tender synopsis and evaluate tender requirements, timelines and submission conditions.
• Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, estimates and cost sheets.
• Coordinate with estimation, procurement, finance, engineering and project teams for required information.

• Prepare technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers, subcontractors and vendors and prepare comparative statements.
• Coordinate with estimation, procurement, finance, engineering and project teams for required information.
• Prepare pre-bid queries, technical deviations and commercial clarifications.
• Ensure EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, certificates and statutory documents are arranged on time.
• Upload and submit tenders through relevant e-procurement portals within deadlines.
• Track corrigenda, addenda, pre-bid meetings and tender amendments.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, quotations, BOQs, bid status and tender results.
• Coordinate with clients/consultants regarding tender clarifications and queries.
• Follow up on tender results, LOA/work orders and post-tender requirements.
• Maintain an updated database of company credentials, completed projects, turnover, manpower, machinery and statutory registrations.
