Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in cement/building materials preferred.
• Knowledge of site testing methods and product demonstrations.
• Ability to guide masons, contractors and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Technical support to sales team for lead generation.
• Conduct product demonstrations and site trials.
• Site testing (Cube test, Slump, NDT, material tests).
• Provide technical guidance to masons, contractors and engineers.
• Suggest mix design and product suitability recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolutions.

The Junior Engineer Techno Marketing is responsible for providing technical support to sales, customers, and channel partners to drive product acceptance, brand credibility, and sustainable market growth in the region. The role focuses on site-level technical engagement, product promotion through demonstrations and trials, complaint resolution, and supporting the sales team with techno-commercial inputs.
