Job summary

LEAMS Education Services (Gamma Holdings Ltd.) in Kerala is seeking a Junior Site Engineer Trainee (Civil) to assist site engineers with daily construction supervision and to gain hands-on experience on live projects.

Fresher to 1 year of experience is acceptable; you will take site measurements, maintain records, check levels and support QA/QC inspections under supervision, while ensuring safety and housekeeping on site.

Qualifications

• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Freshers to 1 year of experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Engineers in supervising daily construction activities.
• Monitor labour work and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
• Take site measurements and maintain measurement records.
• Prepare daily work progress reports and update site registers.
• Check levels, alignment, dimensions, and basic quality of civil works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and the site store for materials and tools.
• Support QA/QC inspections and rectify observations under supervision.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety procedures.
• Attend site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Perform any other site-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.
