Job summary

Mittal is seeking a Junior Civil Engineer to support day-to-day construction activities at the Pune project site and ensure work aligns with approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

You will supervise RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concrete casting and finishing, read drawings, coordinate with site teams, and maintain progress records, while upholding safety and quality requirements on the site.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant site experience; freshers with strong fundamentals welcome.
• Experience in residential or commercial construction preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work at project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Assist in RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concrete casting, and finishing tasks.
• Read and understand construction drawings and technical specs.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, labour teams, and vendors.
• Check material quality, workmanship, and progress.
