Job summary

Leapswitch Networks & CloudPe is seeking a Junior Business Development Executive in Mumbai/ Pune. Freshers with B.Tech/B.E. in CS/IT and an MBA in Marketing are invited to apply. You will identify potential B2B customers, generate leads, and coordinate with sales and tech teams to tailor IT infrastructure solutions.

You will learn Cloud hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and managed services while developing communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in a dynamic sales environment.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. CS/IT + MBA/PGDM Marketing
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Confidence to communicate with business customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential B2B customers through various channels.
• Generate and qualify leads for Cloud, Hosting, and IT Infrastructure solutions.
• Connect with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable technology solutions.
• Initiate conversations with business owners, IT teams, and decision-makers.
• Schedule qualified meetings and product discussions with prospects.
• Work closely with the Sales and Technical teams to understand customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Learn about products such as Cloud Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Managed Services, and IT Infrastructure solutions.
• Achieve defined lead-generation, meeting-booking, and business development targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technology solutions.
