Job summary

Technovision Engineers Pvt. Ltd. in Pune requires a Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of company equipment at customer sites.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and provide customer training while ensuring safety and adherence to company standards. Willingness to travel extensively is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: ITI Electrical /Diploma /Degree Electrical / Electronic Engineering (or relevant field).
• Experience: 3–8 years of relevant experience in service/maintenance.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of machinery/product, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills, customer orientation, problem-solving ability.
• Other: Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning – Install and commission Equipment/ machines at customer premises as per company standard.
• Preventive and Breakdown maintenance – Perform routine preventive maintenance and attend to breakdown calls promptly.
• Troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively, minimizing downtime.
• Customer Training – Conduct training sessions for customers on operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Documentation and Reporting – Prepare service reports, maintain service logs, and submit documentation as required.
• Spare Parts Management – Coordinate for spare parts requirements to ensure timely services delivery.
• Feedback and improvement – Collect customer feedback and provide insights for product/service improvement.
• Safety Compliance – Follow all safety guidelines during on site activities.

Position Summary
