Role Overview: We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to work closely with international clients, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and internal technical teams.

The role will involve supporting new client implementations as well as existing/live customer accounts. The candidate will be expected to understand client requirements and queries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth communication and delivery.

Prior experience specifically as a Business Analyst is not mandatory. Candidates from Business Development, Client Coordination, Customer Success, Operations or similar roles may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international clients and understand their business processes, requirements, and queries.
• Analyse client queries and identify the appropriate next steps or internal team to involve.
