Job description

We are looking for an Associate Business Analyst who can work closely with the client at the client location, understand business requirements, coordinate with the development team, and support smooth project delivery. The candidate should be able to communicate clearly, prepare documentation, give product demos, and keep the client updated on progress, milestones, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the client to understand business needs, product requirements, and project expectations. Gather, analyze, and document requirements in a clear and structured manner. Act as a bridge between the client and the development team. Discuss possible solutions with the client and internal team. Prepare requirement documents, user stories, meeting notes, process flows, and other project-related documents. Give regular product demos and updates to the client. Track project milestones, deliverables, and client feedback. Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other team members to ensure correct understanding of requirements. Support the team in clarifying doubts related to features, workflows, and client expectations. Ensure timely communication with the client regarding progress, blockers, and pending items. Help in validating deliverables before sharing them with the client. Maintain professional communication and build a strong working relationship with the client.

Experience in preparing BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, or wireframe-level requirement notes. Ability to handle client discussions professionally and convert discussions into clear action items.
