In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving business processes, managing end-to-end project delivery, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,or a related field.
• Proven experience in both business analysis and project management roles.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Balsamiq).
• Familiarity with change management and stakeholder engagement practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ACTIVITIES

Sr.Business Analysis

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
