Job summary

Softuvo Solutions is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator with 1+ year of experience to support the coordination and execution of multiple website and software projects in Mohali. You will work closely with development, design, QA, clients, team leads, Directors, and senior management to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of tasks.

Key responsibilities include monitoring timelines with Jira/Plane/Trello, preparing daily/weekly status reports, and assisting with website

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in project coordination or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Understanding of website/software development processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Jira or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escalate to Directors and senior management regarding updates and priorities.
• Monitor timelines and progress using Jira, Plane, or similar tools.
• Follow up with team members on pending tasks and blockers.
• Prepare daily/weekly status reports and project documentation.
• Assist with deployments, DNS management, Cloudflare, CRM, and automation coordination.
• Identify risks and process gaps and support continuous improvements.

About the Role

Softuvo Solutions is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator with 1+ year of experience to support the coordination and execution of multiple website and software projects. The candidate will work closely with development, design, QA, clients, team leads, Directors, and senior management to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple website and software projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Coordinate with development, design, QA, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate directly with Directors and senior management regarding project updates, priorities, pending tasks, and critical issues.
• Monitor project timelines, task assignments, priorities, and progress using Jira, Plane, or similar project management tools.
• Follow up with team members and stakeholders on pending tasks, blockers, client requirements, and deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly project status reports, project trackers, meeting notes, and project documentation.
• Assist with website deployments, domain and DNS management, Cloudflare, CRM, automation, and other project-related technical coordination.
• Identify project risks, delays, and process gaps, escalates issues appropriately, and support process improvements and timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role, preferably in an IT/software company.
• Bachelor's degree in BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Good understanding of website/software development processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow up skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, team members, Directors, and senior management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Jira, Plane, Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Technical Exposure

• Basic understanding of GitHub, website deployments, domains, DNS, SSL, and Cloudflare.
• Exposure to CRM and automation platforms such as GoHighLevel is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of website platforms such as WordPress or Squarespace.
• Familiarity with AI-based business tools and automation is an added advantage.
