Job summary

Technource seeks a Junior Project Coordinator to support software project coordination and delivery. You will work with Project Managers, BAs, Developers, QA and other stakeholders to track tasks, coordinate requirements, and ensure timely updates.

This role develops your organizational and communication skills and offers growth into project management within an IT services environment. A basic understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and common tools like Jira or Trello is preferred.

Technource is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator who is interested in building a career in software project coordination and delivery. The role involves working closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to support smooth project execution, task tracking, requirement coordination, and timely communication. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills who wants to grow into project management within an IT services environment. Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle, web/mobile application projects, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Assist Project Managers and senior team members with task tracking, team follow-ups, requirement coordination, and project updates to ensure activities move as planned.

Coordinate with Developers, QA, Business Analysts, Designers, and other project team members to track dependencies, pending discussions, and project progress.

Ability to understand basic client or business requirements and maintain proper project documentation, task updates, meeting notes, and follow-up records.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Slack, or similar project management and communication platforms is an added advantage.

Basic understanding of technology stacks such as Laravel, Node.js, React.js, mobile technologies, or other software development technologies will be preferred.

Good English communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, strong follow-up ability, and willingness to learn client communication and project management under guidance.
